BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team PPR Leagues
ROSTERED: 25% of Leagues
ANALYSIS: Miami Dolphins wide receiver Preston Williams has established himself as the clear No. 2 receiver on the team behind DeVante Parker. The second-year pro has now caught touchdowns in three of his past four games. His biggest game along that stretch was in Week 5 against the San Francisco 49ers, when he caught four of his five targets for 106 yards and a touchdown.
Williams is 6'5" and oftentimes looks more like a tight end than a receiver on the field. He scored 14 touchdowns in his final year of college football at Colorado State in 2018 and appears to be transitioning into a dangerous end zone threat in the NFL as well.
Fueled by quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick, the Dolphins offense is really clicking right now. Parker figures to remain the top target for Fitzgerald going forward, but as long as the offense keeps rolling, there should be multiple pass-catchers who provide solid fantasy value.
Williams should be added in all PPR leagues of 14 teams or deeper. He's also worth considering in non-PPR leagues and in more shallow leagues. Be aware that the Dolphins have a bye week in Week 7 and then a tough matchup against the Los Angeles Rams in Week 8, so if you need immediate help, you may want to look elsewhere, but if your primary concern is long-term help, Williams is a fantastic option.
