Hello everybody and welcome! The 2021 NFL season is finally alive and well and that means our new friends over at PrizePicks have a TON of great props we can look to take advantage of. PrizePicks is a great DFS props site where you can choose to select plays in terms of fantasy points or single stats. The goal is to build a 2-player, 3-player, 4-player, or 5-player entry and then select whether or not you want to play for the power play or the flex play. On the power play, you will need to be correct on each of your selections to win, and on the flex play, you will have a little more wiggle room for a chance to win some money back.
Our partners at PrizePicks offer some of the best and easiest to win NFL DFS games in the industry. There are no large-field tournaments filled with sharks where you have to get lucky just to place. At PrizePicks, you're not playing against other people, you're just playing against the projections, and the guys at PrizePicks have worked hard to give you really attractive opportunities to make some money. With promo code 'BALLER' you can get a 100% match on your deposit up to $100.
PrizePicks has two types of games. The first type of game is known as Fantasy Score, which consists of selecting various players and trying to determine if they will go over or under their projected fantasy points in a game. The second game is known as Single Stat. For NFL, Single Stat consists of quarterback passing yards, running back rushing yards, and wide receiver receiving yards in which you determine if the player in question will go over or under their projected total. You can mix and match players from each type of game in your entry or select all of your plays from the same type of game. Once you have selected your players and props, you can choose the aforementioned flex play or power play option. Today, we will look at some props for Week 9's Monday night contest between the Chicago Bears and Pittsburgh Steelers

NFL Single-Stat Totals
Before diving into some solid fantasy score totals this week, we must first cover the PrizePicks scoring format. The format is PPR, which stands for point per reception, meaning every reception is worth one point. Rushing and receiving touchdowns are worth six points and passing touchdowns are worth four points. Each rushing or receiving yard is worth .1, meaning every 10 yards of either is worth one point. Quarterback passing yards are worth .04, which means every 25 passing yards are worth one point. If you ever have questions, you can always click the "scoring chart" option above the player selections for each contest. Now let's get to some solid fantasy score props for this week.
Najee Harris over 76.5 rushing yards - Harris has been a workhorse for the Steelers lately as he has averaged 24 rushing attempts per game over his previous three games and has managed to go over this total in each of those three games. He will be facing a Bears' defense that allowed an average of 126.5 rushing yards per game to the running back position over the previous four weeks, which ranks second-worst in the league. Add in the fact that the Steelers are seven-point favorites in this game and you could have a recipe for a strong performance from Harris.
Ben Roethlisberger under 245.5 passing yards - Big Ben is certainly capable of going over this number, but he will likely not have to given how poor the Bears have played against running backs in recent weeks. This is a game with a total hovering around 40 points and should be a grind-it-out type game for the Steelers where they rely heavily on Najee Harris to get the job done. The Bears are also allowing an average of just 237 passing yards per game over the previous four weeks as well.
Darnell Mooney over 41.5 receiving yards - While the Steelers have allowed wide receivers to average just 145 receiving yards per game over their previous three games, the Bears are going to have to throw the ball to someone in order to stay in this game. Mooney has been a favorite target of Justin Fields as he has seen at least five targets in each of his last five games and has gotten over this total in three of those five games. While he is listed as questionable for this game, he did practice in a limited capacity Saturday and should be able to suit up.
Pat Freiermuth under 3.5 receptions - One area the Bears have been solid in 2021 is against the tight end position. Over the previous four weeks, the Bears have allowed a total of just 12 receptions to the tight end position, which is ranked third-best in the league over that span. This is a number that Freiermuth has managed to go over in just three games on the season as well.
Other Recommendations: Najee Harris over .5 rushing touchdowns
Overall recommendation for this play: FLEX
