ANALYSIS: Theo Riddick’s 80 catches from last season were tied with Danny Woodhead for the most by a running back in the NFL. In Week 1, he rushed seven times for 45 yards and TD while catching all five of his targets for 63 yards and another score. The Lions won’t face Indianapolis’ awful defense every week, but Tennessee’s pass defense won’t be much better in Week 2, and Riddick is clearly a huge part of Detroit’s passing attack.
