BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team Leagues
OWNED IN: 8% of leagues
ANALYSIS: Atlanta Braves starting pitcher Touki Toussaint was cruising with four hitless innings against the Red Sox in his second big-league start when the fifth inning just got away from him. That being said, we are not out to hold one frame against a 22-year-old arm that’s been nothing short of dominant in Double- and Triple-A this year.
Boston was never going to be as easy as his strong debut against Miami (6 IP, 2 H, 1 ER, 2 BB, 4 K) and hopefully, the Sawx will help him adjust for his next start on Sept. 9 against the D-backs. Our hope is that his poor outing against Boston hardens him for another potential playoff team in Arizona and makes him a decent streamer. He should be owned in deeper leagues, especially those that are keeper/dynasty formats.
