BALLER MOVE: Add in 12+ Team Leagues
OWNED IN: 48% of Fleaflicker Leagues
ANALYSIS: Tyrod Taylor is still available in over half of Fleaflicker leagues, and while his performances in the past two weeks since he returned from injury haven't been blowing the roof off, the potential is still there.
The truth of the matter is that Taylor hasn’t needed to do that much in his past few games. He hasn’t thrown an interception since Week 4, but he’s also only thrown one touchdown in each of his past four games. LeSean McCoy and Karlos Williams are doing well as the 1-2 punch of a very effective rushing attack, leaving Taylor not having to carry the offense himself.
While this isn't ideal for fantasy purposes, Taylor gets the Patriots in Week 11, and he did quite well last time out against them even just thanks to a second half surge of "comeback mode". He ended that game with 242 yards and three touchdowns (and three interceptions in the early going), adding 43 rushing yards and another touchdown.
If you're in need of some bye week relief or just want some QB depth, Taylor is a great option for a guy with a solid floor in a snazzy matchup. After that the Bills get the Chiefs, Texans, Eagles, Redskins, Cowboys, and the Jets again in Week 17.
There are some decent matchups in there, and while owners can seek more from Taylor compared to what he’s put up, he still has scored over 18 points in six of his seven games this year. That’s quite good for someone available in over half of leagues.
