Hello everybody and welcome! The 2021 NFL season is well underway and that means our new friends over at PrizePicks have a TON of great props we can look to take advantage of. PrizePicks is a great DFS props site where you can choose to select plays in terms of fantasy points or single stats. The goal is to build a 2-player, 3-player, 4-player, or 5-player entry and then select whether or not you want to play for the power play or the flex play. On the power play, you will need to be correct on each of your selections to win, and on the flex play, you will have a little more wiggle room for a chance to win some money back.
Our partners at PrizePicks offer some of the best and easiest to win NFL DFS games in the industry. There are no large-field tournaments filled with sharks where you have to get lucky just to place. At PrizePicks, you're not playing against other people, you're just playing against the projections, and the guys at PrizePicks have worked hard to give you really attractive opportunities to make some money. With promo code 'BALLER' you can get a 100% match on your deposit up to $100.
PrizePicks has two types of games. The first type of game is known as Fantasy Score, which consists of selecting various players and trying to determine if they will go over or under their projected fantasy points in a game. The second game is known as Single Stat. For NFL, Single Stat consists of quarterback passing yards, running back rushing yards, and wide receiver receiving yards in which you determine if the player in question will go over or under their projected total. You can mix and match players from each type of game in your entry or select all of your plays from the same type of game. Once you have selected your players and props, you can choose the aforementioned flex play or power play option. Today, we will look at some single-stat scores for Week 5 of the NFL Season.

Single Stat NFL Totals
Jared Goff over 256.5 passing yards - This is a number that Goff has gone over in two of the Lions' first four games this season and now he has a prime matchup to make it three out of five. Currently, the Vikings are allowing quarterbacks to throw for 278.5 passing yards per game, which is ranked 11th-worst in the league. The Vikings will also come into this game as one of the biggest favorites on the slate at seven points, which should certainly lead to Goff attempting more passes similar to the way he did when they fell behind San Francisco Week 1 in which he threw for 338 yards and three touchdowns.
Nick Chubb over 87.5 rushing yards - Nick Chubb is in another great spot this week after we hit on him over 80.5 rushing yards last week against the Vikings. This week, he will be facing the Los Angeles Chargers who are currently allowing running backs to average over 114 rushing yards per game, which ranks fifth-worst in the league. They are also giving up over five yards per carry, which should tell the Browns to come out and establish the run early in an attempt to keep this high-powered Chargers' offense off the field. The game is also projected to be close as the Chargers are currently just one-point favorites, which could mean the Browns are not forced into throwing situations late in the game. The Chargers also have one of the best pass defenses in the league and are a run funnel, making it more likely Cleveland looks to get Chubb going in this one.
Ezekiel Elliott over 72.5 rushing yards - The Cowboys have been feeding Zeke lately as he now has 37 carries over the previous two games. He has also turned those 37 carries into 238 rushing yards, which averages out to 6.43 yards per carry. He gets a solid matchup in this one against a Giants defense that is allowing running backs to rush for over 109 yards per game, which is ranked 10th-worst in the league. The Cowboys will also come into this game as solid favorites with the spread currently sitting at Dallas -7. This should lead to Zeke getting more carries down the stretch to put the game on ice.
Jaylen Waddle over 50.5 receiving yards - Waddle should be in a great spot this week as fellow wide receiver Will Fuller is set to miss time due to a broken finger. Waddle has already seen 30 targets this season and will now be going against a Bucs' defense that has allowed wide receivers to average 229 receiving yards per game, which ranks second-worst in the league. Miami will likely look to exploit this and Waddle is likely to be the number two receiver in the pecking order behind DeVante Parker. Miami will also be underdogs in this game as the spread is currently Miami +10, which should lead to additional opportunities for Waddle.
Laviska Shenault Jr. over 55.5 receiving yards - Shenault Jr. has gone over this total just once in 2021, but that came in last week's contest at the Cincinnati Bengals once D.J. Chark left the game due to injury. Chark has since been placed on IR and now it is Shenault's time to shine. He will be going up against a Titans' secondary that is allowing wide receivers to average 236 receiving yards per game, which is ranked last in the league.
Other Recommendations - Trevor Lawrence over 240.5 passing yards, Baker Mayfield under 240.5 passing yards, Alvin Kamara under 74.5 rushing yards, Deebo Samuel over 71.5 receiving yards
Overall recommendation for this play: FLEX
