We're only going to cover the guys that need to be owned and actually can be in lineups and help you win. We'll list some desperation plays but hopefully you don't need that.

Week 15 Waiver Wire Wide Receivers
Dede Westbrook (WR, JAC) - 30% owned (100% FAAB)
Westbrook continues to look impressive and is coming off an eight target game in which he racked up 81 yards, 96 air yards and scored a touchdown. He is starting to emerge as the 1B to Marqise Lee's 1A and has the upside to win teams a fantasy champtonship. He gets the Texans and 49ers to end the fantasy season as well. If he's available he is a must add.
Randall Cobb (WR, GB) - 50% owned (100% FAAB)
Cobb's value plummeted with the loss of Aaron Rodgers, but Rodgers is on track to possibly play in Week 15. If he does, Cobb will instantly have WR3/2 value in PPR formats. In the three healthy games Cobb played with Rodgers this year he scored 17.5, 13 and 14.4 PPR points. Grab him if he's available.
Mike Wallace (WR, BAL) - 40% owned (50% FAAB)
Wallace had a bit of a quiet game in Week 14 but has a great upcoming schedule against the Browns and Colts. While the Browns do have a standout corner in Jason McCourty, he has struggled of late allowing four touchdowns over the last two games. Wallace is always a home run threat and offers teams a ton of upside in their flex slot.
Corey Coleman (WR, CLE) - 28% owned (50% FAAB)
Coleman benefited from Josh Gordon drawing coverage away from him and took advantage of a weak Packers secondary, catching five passes for 62 yards and a touchdown. He gets a matchup with a Ravens secondary missing their top corner and then a Bears secondary that struggles against teams second wideouts. Coleman is an upside flex start rest of season for owners.

Time To Say Goodbye
T.Y. Hilton (WR, IND) 97% owned
Hilton only has double-digit PPR fantasy points in four games and gets the Broncos and Ravens to end the season. Are you really ever going to start Hilton? Don't drop him for a guy who will sit on your bench, but if I can drop him for Westbrook I would 100% do it.
Martavis Bryant (WR, PIT) 58% owned
Bryant disappointed with JuJu Smith-Schuster out, catching just six passes for 33 yards. Schuster returns from suspension this week which will relegate Bryant to WR3 duties. Drop him for someone with more upside.
Josh Doctson (WR, WAS) 43% owned
I like Doctson, I expected big things from him, but it just isn't happening. This offense is struggling and he just ins't seeing enough targets.
