WNBA Daily Fantasy Lineup Picks (6/10/18): WNBA DFS Advice for DraftKings and FanDuel

It's another Sunday of WNBA action and with the NBA Finals mercifully over, we can concentrate all of our basketball attention on a league where the champion wasn't preordained two years ago. The Lynx have shown some signs of righting their ship, but Connecticut is still the toast of the league. Meanwhile, we can start the "will Indiana ever win a game" watch, which could end on Tuesday when they play a home game against Las Vegas. That'll be...a basketball game.

Anyway, let's take a look at this Sunday's WNBA slate. We've got four games on the docket with a bunch of good players to choose from. In this article, I'll be providing you with some daily fantasy WNBA lineup picks for DraftKings and FanDuel on 6/10/18. These lineups picks will range from elite players to mid-priced options and value plays.

WNBA - DFS Guards

Jewell Loyd (G, Seattle Storm – vs Atlanta Dream (DK: $10,600, FD: $7,400)

There's some risk in Loyd, who has struggled from the field in two consecutive games, but her upside against Atlanta is enticing. The Dream allow the most rebounds per game in the league and the third most assists, though they've done a good job limiting the three point game. Still, despite her high number of three point attempts this year, Loyd has shown that she can score at multiple levels and can get the ball to the basket. Her outstanding free throw shooting is a plus as well -- the Dream allow the second most free throw attempts per game.

Diana Taurasi (G, Phoenix Mercury) – vs Las Vegas Aces (DK: $9,900, FD: $6,800)

Taurasi is just the fifth highest priced guard in both formats on Sunday despite playing against the Aces, who allow opponents to hit the most three pointers in the league, an average of 9.3 per game. She was inconsistent early in the season, but he's now scored 35 or more FanDuel and 37 or more DraftKings points in four straight games. Expect her to shoot well against Las Vegas.

Kelsey Mitchell (G, Indiana Fever) – @ New York Liberty (DK: $8,900, FD: $5,800)

While some other rookies like A'ja Wilson have gotten more attention, Mitchell is off to a strong start to her first professional season. On Sunday, she gets a rematch against the Liberty as she tries to deliver the Fever their first win of the season. Mitchell scored 26 points and had three rebounds and a pair of assists the last time the teams met. She's got 30 or more DraftKings points in four of her last five games and 27 or more FanDuel points in each of those four games.

Kia Nurse (G, New York Liberty) – vs Indiana Fever (DK: $8,000, FD: $5,000)

Look, I'm not saying that Nurse is going to equal her production from her first meeting with the Fever -- she scored 34 points to go along with nine rebounds, four assists, two steals, and a block -- but at this price and with how bad Indiana has been defensively this year, Nurse is worth a shot, especially if the game gets out of hand and Nurse ends up playing a ton of minutes.

WNBA - DFS Forwards

Nneka Ogwumike (F, Los Angeles Sparks) – vs Chicago Sky (DK: $11,100, FD: $7,800)

Ogwumike is off to a strong start this season, ranking 10th in scoring and fifth in steals. The Sky allow the second most points in the league and the most steals. This seems like a match made in heaven for Ogwumike, right? (An added bonus? Chicago allows 62.4 percent of opponent's points from inside the three point line.)

Cheyenne Parker (F, Chicago Sky) – @ Los Angeles Sparks (DK: $7,700, FD: $4,600)

With Stefanie Dolson (foot) out again, expect Parker to continue her hot streak off the bench, which included a 20 point, 13 rebound performance against the Aces. Parker, who does most of her damage inside, should perform well against a Sparks team that allows the fifth highest percentage of their opponents points to come from two point land.

Natasha Howard (F, Seattle Storm) – vs Atlanta Dream (DK: $8,600, FD: $6,600)

After hitting fantasy rock bottom against the Aces with just four points, three rebounds, and two assists, Howard has rebounded nicely with a pair of strong games. The Storm face Atlanta, who allow the most rebounds per game and the most blocks per game, so Howard should be able to put up a strong stat line even against the Dream's formidable defense.
