MLB Pitcher Prop Bets - Today's Betting Picks
Triston McKenzie OVER 4.5 strikeouts (-130 DraftKings Sportsbook)
McKenzie gets a solid matchup against the Rockies in this one as they are currently posting a 25.2% K rate vs. right-handed pitching over the previous two weeks, which ranks fifth-worst in the league over that span. They are also posting a paltry 69 wRC+ mark and just a 7.1% walk rate vs. righties over that same span. McKenzie has hit this total in two of his previous three starts and in six starts this season.
Luis Severino OVER 6.5 strikeouts (-125 DraftKings Sportsbook)
Severino has been on a roll lately as he has eclipsed this total in five of his previous six starts while also going at least six innings pitched in each of his previous five starts. He will be facing the Tampa Bay Rays who have struggled a bit on offense lately, especially against right-handers. They have posted just an 84 wRC+ over the previous two weeks while also posting a K rate of 23.1%, both of which rank in the bottom half of the league over those two weeks.
George Kirby OVER 5.5 strikeouts (-125 DraftKings Sportsbook)
I am not going to lie, this prop makes me a bit nervous, but attacking the Angels with K props has proven to be quite successful recently. Kirby has also shown the ability to soar over this total as he has struck out at least seven batters in three starts this season. The Angels are currently posting the worst K rate against righties over the previous two weeks with a rate of nearly 30% while also posting a wRC+ of just 76 and an abysmal walk rate of 6.3%.

MLB Hitter Prop Bets - Today's Betting Picks
Jose Ramirez OVER 1.5 total bases (-155 DraftKings Sportsbook)
We are going to keep it simple here today using Ramirez in Coors against Chad Kuhl. Kuhl has posted a 5.55 FIP and 1.58 WHIP against left-handed hitters this season while also allowing four home runs. Ramirez has obliterated right-handed pitching as he now has a 1.136 OPS with 15 doubles and 13 home runs. Jose's home run prop is currently set at +280 and is also worth some consideration.
