3 years agoThe Seattle Mariners placed catcher Luis Torrens (shoulder) on the injured list on Monday. Fellow catcher Andrew Knapp was called up from Triple-A to fill his roster spot. Torrens injured his shoulder during the team's brawl with the Los Angeles Angels on Sunday. The 26-year-old hasn't been able to produce much offensively so far this year. After hitting 15 home runs and slashing .243/.299/.431 in 2021, he has gone without a homer in his first 36 games of 2022 while hitting .222/.280/.241.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
