5 years agoMilwaukee Brewers outfielder Christian Yelich (kneecap) is out for the remainder of the 2019 season with a fractured kneecap, according to the Journal Sentinel. Yelich exited the game in the first inning on Tuesday after fouling a pitch off his right kneecap. With Yelich out, this will likely mean an increase in playing time for Lorenzo Cain and Trent Grisham after the pair had been splitting time in center over the last month. Grisham will likely benefit the most from this, and Yelich owners should look to grab him as an immediate replacement in most leagues. Grisham is currently hitting .324/.378/.441 over his last 11 games and had a five-hit performance on Monday night.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
