John Means Pitches Well Again In No-Decision Sunday
4 years agoBaltimore Orioles starting pitcher John Means turned in an encouraging start in Sunday's 3-1 loss to the Yankees. Means pitched six innings, allowing a single run on five hits (including a solo home run) and one walks with four strikeouts. Means has now pitched two consecutive solid games, but still owns a subpar 5.63 ERA on the season. Means will next face a tough matchup against the Rays. Hopefully, he can continue his streak of strong performances, but fantasy players should not count on him down the stretch.
