Rangers @ Tigers
More or Less Contest
Mike Foltynewicz more than 4.5 strikeouts and Robbie Grossman less than 1.5 Hits + Walks
While the Tigers appear to be trending in the right direction in terms of K rate with a rate of 23.8% vs. right-handed pitchers, they were ranked the worst in baseball with a rate north of 30% just a few days ago. They have also been near the top of the K charts for most of the 2021 season and Folty has gone over this total in four of his previous five starts. This is a day game that also helps the over as you could see some different than normal lineups and players' biological clocks are typically a bit off for these games.
Robbie Grossman has failed to reach this total in seven of his previous 10 games. He also struggles vs. right-handed pitching as noted by his .210 average and .337 OBP as compared to his .277 average and .397 OBP vs. left-handed pitching. The fact that we like the over for Folty also plays into this selection.

Giants @ Dodgers
More or Less Contest
Walker Buehler more than 6.5 strikeouts and Anthony DeSclafani more than 4.5 strikeouts
Currently, the Giants are striking out the 11th-most against right-handed pitching over the previous 10 games with a rate of 24.8%. Walker Buehler has managed to go over this total in four of his previous six starts, including a start against these Giants in which he struck out seven. Buehler also has 74 strikeouts in 7o innings pitched with a 2.31 ERA at home, so he should be solid in this one.
DeSclafani has managed to go over this total in six of his previous seven starts, including a start against these Dodgers in which he struck out six. While the Dodgers' K rate vs. righties over the previous 10 is sitting at 22.1%, it should be high enough for DeSclafani to go over 4.5. If the prop rises to 5.5 or above before you are able to play, I would then look at shying away.
