Hello everybody and welcome! The 2021 MLB season is alive and well and that means our new friends over at PrizePicks have a TON of great props we can look to take advantage of. PrizePicks is a great DFS props site where you can choose to select plays in terms of fantasy points or single stats. The goal is to build a 2-player, 3-player, 4-player, or 5-player entry and then select whether or not you want to play for the power play or the flex play. On the power play, you will need to be correct on each of your selections to win, and on the flex play, you will have a little more wiggle room for a chance to win some money back.
Our partners at PrizePicks offer some of the best, and easiest to win, MLB DFS games in the industry. There are no large-field tournaments filled with sharks where you have to get lucky just to place. At PrizePicks, you're not playing against other people, you're just playing against the projections, and the guys at PrizePicks have worked hard to give you really attractive opportunities to make some money. With promo code 'BALLER' you can get a 100% match on your deposit up to $100.
PrizePicks has two types of games. The first type of game is known as Fantasy Score, which consists of selecting various players and trying to determine if they will go over or under their projected fantasy points in a game. The second game is known as Single Stat. For MLB, Single Stat consists of pitcher strikeout props as well as hitter props in which you determine if the pitcher or hitter in question will go over or under their projected total. You can mix and match players from each type of game in your entry or select all of your plays from the same type of game. Once you have selected your players and props, you can choose the aforementioned flex play or power play option. Tonight, we will look at some fantasy score hitter props and an MLB pitcher prop.

Fantasy Score MLB and Single-Stat MLBP Totals
Teoscar Hernandez over 7.5 fantasy score - Hernandez has been scorching hot as he has posted a ridiculous 1.871 OPS over his previous 20 at-bats. He also hit left-handed pitching to the tune of a 1.202 OPS in 2021 and that is exactly what he will get in Tigers' left-hander, Tyler Alexander. Alexander has allowed right-handed hitters to post a .297 average against him and has also given up nine home runs across facing 206 batters. The Tigers' pen also has the 20th ranked pen ERA over the previous 15 days.
Ozzie Albies over 8.0 fantasy score - Surprise! Albies gets to face another lefthanded pitcher and this time it is Orioles' lefty, Keegan Akin. Akin has allowed right-handed hitters to post a .331 average against him and he has given up seven long balls to them across 42 1/3 innings pitched. Once he is done, Albies will get to go up against an Orioles' pen that has posted the worst ERA (8.59) over the previous 15 days.
Jose Ramirez over 8.0 fantasy score - Ramirez has started to heat up again as he is posting a 1.117 OPS with two home runs over his previous 28 at-bats and is returning home where he has posted a .941 OPS on the season. He will be facing Angels right-hander, Jaime Barria, who has allowed a .310 BAA with two home runs across just 44 batters faced to right-handed hitters.
Max Fried over 5.0 strikeouts - Fried has matched or gone over this total in every start he has made since June 18th. He will be facing an Orioles' squad that is currently posting the fourth-highest K rate against left-handed pitchers over the previous 10 days with a rate of 28.5%. They are also struggling to score runs off left-handers across the previous 10 days as noted by their wRC+ mark of just 52, which is ranked second-worst in the league over that span.
