The Los Angeles Dodgers have placed Yimi Garcia on the 10-day DL with right forearm inflammation. Garcia has struggled in 2018, pitching to a 5.21 ERA over 20 games. Switch-pitcher Pat Venditte was recalled to take his place. Venditte is one of the more interesting stories in the game, however, he holds no fantasy value.

The Philadelphia Phillies are calling up prospect Drew Anderson to start on Sunday. Anderson holds a 5-3 record with a 4.15 ERA and a 41/14 K/BB ratio over 10 Triple-A starts in 2018. Anderson has struggled in the majors and hasn't looked that great in the minors, he isn't a recommended streamer on Sunday.
