Now we start to get into the meat of the season as we have seen all of these teams play and are starting to get an idea of who to target on each slate. DraftKings has a nice 14-game slate that does not feature too many dud games which should allow us to see a nice spread on ownership.
At first glance, the quarterback position looks to be mispriced across the board. There are upwards of ten players who could blow out their salary and drastically alter the slate. Along with that, there appear to be a few players in great matchups that did not get the appropriate price bump.
Lastly, do not be afraid to stack games on any CFB DFS slate. As evidenced by the amazing 124 points put up in the UNC vs. Appalachian State game last week, stacking one game can lead you to a massive score. There are a few options this week with that stand out in that regard. On the other side of the coin, a game like Iowa vs Iowa State can likely be completely crossed off the board as that has the makings of a slow-paced slugfest.

CFB DFS Quarterback Rankings
QB | GPP Rankings Per $ | QB | Cash Rankings Per $
1 | Clayton Tune | 1 | Clayton Tune
2 | Sam Hartman | 2 | Brennan Armstrong
3 | Brendan Armstrong | 3 | Hendon Hooker
4 | Donovan Smith | 4 | Bryce Young
5 | Bryce Young | 5 | Mike Wright
6 | Tyler Van Dyke | 6 | Donovan Smith
7 | Mike Wright | 7 | KJ Jefferson
8 | KJ Jefferson | 8 | Sean Clifford
9 | Adrian Martinez | 9 | Tyler Van Dyke
10 | Quinn Ewers | 10 | Sam Hartman |
As mentioned above, quarterback feels like the algorithm missed a step as there are a ton of incredibly cheap options that could put up massive games. Clayton Tune is facing an up-tempo Texas Tech team, and along with his skill set feels like a near must-play. Brennan Armstrong is in a similar position and is one of the players where a 300+ yard passing game combined with 100+ yards rushing feels in play.
A few other quick notes, Sam Hartman at Wake Forest appears ready to come back this week after an undisclosed absence. He is lower on my cash rankings than GPP rankings as we are not 100% sure if he is full go or will be limited. Finally, a player like Bryce Young is appropriately priced, but the Alabama offense is so talented he might be the highest scoring player on the slate.

CFB DFS Running Back Rankings
RB | GPP Rankings Per $ | RB | Cash Rankings Per $
1 | Braelon Allen | 1 | Braelon Allen
2 | Cody Schrader | 2 | Devon Achane
3 | Deuce Vaughn | 3 | Chase Brown
4 | Henry Parrish Jr. | 4 | Deuce Vaughn
5 | Jahmyr Gibbs | 5 | Cody Schrader
6 | Bijan Robinson | 6 | Henry Parrish Jr
7 | Devon Achane | 7 | Raheim Sanders
8 | Chase Brown | 8 | Bijan Robinson
9 | Nathaniel Peat | 9 | Jirehl Brock
10 | Izzy Abanikanda | 10 | MarShawn Lloyd |
Running back up top is easy. Braelon Allen is a simple plug and play against a Washington State defense that didn’t look particularly good against a poor Idaho team. After Allen there are a variety of options depending on your available salary. The Missouri backfield is interesting as Cody Schrader had the most carries last week yet is the cheapest back available. Meanwhile, Nathaniel Peat looks to be the best back but has been limited by injury.

3 | Myles Price | 3 | Loic Fouonji

5 | Luther Burden III | 5 | A.T. Perry
6 | Mitchell Tinsley | 6 | Jared Wayne

8 | Cedric Tillman | 8 | Ainias Smith
9 | Trey Knox | 9 | Michael Mayer
10 | Michael Mayer | 10 | Trey Knox |
At wideout, the Houston and Texas Tech game should be a gold mine with a total sitting around 66 points. Nathaniel Dell is another mispriced player who may be the most popular play on the slate. On the cheap side, guys like Michael Mayer and Trey Knox are not likely going to break the slate but have well established roles for their incredibly low prices.
