We here at RotoBaller are there for you and all of your streaming needs. Whether you are just trying to get that elusive category win or you are trying to make up for Aaron Civale (finger) getting hurt or Adbert Alzolay not making it through five innings, we can help. Each day, RotoBaller will provide you with some of the best streaming options to consider in both shallow and deep fantasy baseball daily leagues. Streaming hitters and pitchers to exploit matchups are important to help you win your league.
It is important to know your league if you're going to stream. I'm not just talking about which teams your leaguemates root for. I'm talking about whether strikeouts count against you for hitters or if fielding stats are included. Most importantly, you need to know how many transactions you have per week. You don't want to blow your allotment within a couple of days. You can also use these recommendations to help build your DFS lineups. This article will use rostered percentages and position eligibility from ESPN leagues.
It's ace day with nine pitchers owned in more than 90% of leagues and another three that are owned in more than half of ESPN leagues. Our pool is still 18 pitchers, but some of them have really difficult matchups. Let's see who might be able to help us out.

Hitter Streamers for 6/27 - Shallow Leagues
Jonathan India (2B/3B, RHB, CIN) - 47.9% Rostered
Matchup: at ATL LHP Kyle Muller
India has six multi-hit games in his last 12 with ten runs scored, a homer, three RBI, and two steals. The steals alone make India worth streaming, but the possibility of multiple hits in a great hitter's park is what really has me interested. India is 5-12 with five runs scored and a steal in the first three games of this series against the Braves batting leadoff for the Reds. I'm thinking he finishes off the weekend strong here.
Nate Lowe (1B, LHB, TEX) - 46.7% Rostered
Matchup: vs. KC RHP Brady Singer
Lowe had his seven-game hit streak snapped last night, but he still reached base three times. Lowe has been on base at least once every game since June 11 with seven runs scored, two homers, and eight RBI in that span. Singer isn't pitching as poorly as he did in May, but he hasn't been all that effective either. Singer has allowed 12 earned runs in 24 June innings which has actually lowered his ERA. This looks like a great spot for Lowe.
J.P. Crawford (SS, LHB, SEA) - 33% Rostered
Matchup: vs. CWS LHP Dallas Keuchel
Yes, Crawford is still hitting. In 22 June games, Crawford is hitting a robust .363 with three homers, 14 RBI, 14 runs scored, and two steals. Oh, and he's hitting .347 against lefties this year. Did I mention that he'll also get to finish a game that was suspended last night before today's scheduled game? There's a lot to like about Crawford as a streaming option today.
Luis Arraez (2B/3B/OF, LHB, MIN) - 21.9% Rostered
Matchup: vs. CLE LHP Sam Hentges
Arraez is on a tear right now, hitting .450 over the last week with five runs scored and five RBI. He has been leading off for the Twins against righties, and though he will likely move into the seven hole against the lefty today, there is still a lot of potential in this loaded Minnesota lineup against the Cleveland 'pen after Hentges departs. Arraez has put the slow start behind him. Considering he hit well over .300 in each of his first two seasons, we should continue to see Arraez provide a boost to average at the very least. The multi-position eligibility is just a nice little bonus.
Hitter Streamers for 6/27 - Deeper Leagues
Mike Zunino (C, RHB, TB) - 16.3% Rostered
Matchup: vs. LAA LHP Patrick Sandoval
Zunino is still useful if you need some homers to close out the week. He has homered in each of his last two games. Make sure to keep an eye on his status for today's game since the Rays rotate catchers regularly, but with another lefty on the hill, I would think we'll see Zunino. Pick him up if you need a homer down the stretch this week.
Wilmer Flores (1B/2B/3B, RHB, SF) - 15.2% Rostered
Matchup: vs. OAK LHP Cole Irvin
Flores is guaranteed playing time somewhere with both Evan Longoria (shoulder) and Brandon Belt (knee) out. He has responded with at least one hit in every game since the first game of a June 11 doubleheader except for the game he didn't start against the Angels on Wednesday. Flores is hitting .389 with three homers, six RBI, and five runs scored in the last week. Ride the hot streak with a guy that can fill a number of different holes in your lineup.
Yonathan Daza (OF, RHB, COL) - 11% Rostered
Matchup: at MIL LHP Eric Lauer
One of Daza's two homers on the season came in the last week against today's starter, Eric Lauer. Daza's .300 average over the last week fits right in with his .328 clip on the season. He doesn't offer a ton of counting stats, but if you can use some runs (Daza has scored eight runs in the last 11 games) or help in the average department to close the week, he's your guy.
Harold Ramirez (OF, RHB, CLE) - 5.8% Rostered
Matchup: at MIN LHP J.A. Happ
Matchups have been won just by stacking against Happ this year. That's how bad he's been. Ramirez only starts against lefties, but he is 7-20 with three homers, four runs scored, and three RBI over his five-game hitting streak. I'll say that continues today against Happ with about a 50/50 shot at another homer.
Pitcher Streamers for 6/27 - Shallow Leagues
Jake Odorizzi (RHP, HOU) - 34% rostered
Matchup: at Detroit
Odorizzi frequently struggles to make it through five innings anymore, so if you're hunting for quality starts, you probably wont find one here. His outing in Baltimore on Monday was his best of the season as Odorizzi didn't allow a hit through five innings and struck out nine. This is a prospective add for those of you trying to poach a win or strikeouts. Odorizzi's 1.02 WHIP in the season is a stellar mark if you are looking to improve your ratios a bit as well. Don't expect miracles, but Odorizzi should at least be a solid start today.
Ross Stripling (RHP, TOR) - 31.6% rostered
Matchup: vs. Baltimore
Stripling has allowed two runs or fewer in five of his last six starts. Boston got him a little, but he still struck out six Red Sox in that game. The fact is that Stripling is on a bit of a heater. He has allowed only nine runs over 35.1 innings in his last six starts while striking out 36. Buffalo is a bit of a park downgrade, but he handled both the Yankees and Houston here in the last month, which is no small feat right now. This is a great matchup and Stripling is really pitching well right now, making him an ideal stream today.
Pitcher Streamers for 6/27- Deeper Leagues
Patrick Sandoval (LHP, LAA) - 20.2% rostered
Matchup: at Tampa
The Rays still don't hit lefties that well and are a worse hitting team at home. That sounds good for Sandoval. He has 23 strikeouts over 17.2 innings in his last three starts. Sure, he'll likely give up a couple or runs again, but the high strikeouts and Sandoval getting his WHIP under control makes him a great streaming option. The Rays strike out at a 31.7% clip against lefties. There is nice potential here.
