Welcome to another edition of our daily fantasy baseball streamers! Are you playing in leagues with daily moves and looking to beef up those rosters? We here at RotoBaller are there for you and all of your streaming needs. Whether you are just trying to get that elusive category win or you are trying to beef up the categories that you lost the first time around to your playoff opponent, RotoBaller will provide you with some of the best streaming options to consider in both shallow and deep fantasy baseball daily leagues. Streaming hitters and pitchers to exploit matchups are important to help you win your league.
It is important to know your league if you're going to stream. I'm not just talking about which teams your leaguemates root for. I'm talking about whether strikeouts count against you for hitters or if fielding stats are included. Most importantly, you need to know how many transactions you have per week. You don't want to blow your allotment within a couple of days. You can also use these recommendations to help build your DFS lineups. This article will use rostered percentages and position eligibility from ESPN leagues.
We have eight pitchers going that are rostered in more than 90% of ESPN leagues. Five more are owned in more than half of leagues. That leaves us with a shade over half the pitchers to choose from. Let's see what we can find.

Hitter Streamers for 9/14 - Shallow Leagues
Kolten Wong (2B, LHB, MIL) - 45.3% Rostered
Matchup: at DET RHP Wily Peralta
Peralta has been a revelation for the Tigers this year, but it always feels like he's one pitch away from disaster. Wong is hitting .308 over the last week batting leadoff for the Brewers with two homers, four RBI, and six runs scored. In this kind of matchup, I definitely want the guy batting leadoff against a possible powder keg.....especially when I don't have to pay anything for him.
Nicky Lopez (2B/SS, LHB, KC) - 44.4% Rostered
Matchup: vs. OAK RHP Frankie Montas
The epic heater for Lopez is still going. He is hitting .332 since June 1 with two homers (both since August 1), 29 RBI, 14 steals (ten in August alone!), and 43 runs scored. His average is just getting better. Lopez is hitting .353 in September and .406 over the last week. I'm not scared to use him against anyone at this point. Lopez provides a great average, runs, and steals.
Bobby Dalbec (1B, RHB, BOS) - 29% Rostered
Matchup: at SEA LHP Tyler Anderson
Dalbec has three homers and eight RBI in the last six games to go with that .273 average. Dalbec is never really going to help us with average, but he'll give us some homers. 10 of his 21 homers have come in the last month. If you need some pop this week, Dalbec should be able to help.
Brandon Belt (1B, LHB, SF) - 26.3% Rostered
Matchup: vs. SD RHP Jake Arrieta
Belt is hitting a blistering .440 with four homers, nine RBI, and nine runs scored is during his current six-game hitting streak. Belt has homered in three straight and has seven RBI in those games. His runs scored streak is as long as his hitting streak. Belt is as hot as they come right now. If the rest of your league isn't paying attention, make sure you are!
Hitter Streamers for 9/14 - Deeper Leagues
Evan Longoria (3B, RHB, SF) - 20.6% Rostered
Matchup: vs. SD RHP Jake Arrieta
Owners have been slower to come around to Longoria, but if you need RBI, don't be that guy. Longoria is hitting .353 with two homers, six runs scored, and a staggering 13 RBI in the last week alone. Arrieta hasn't scared hitters in about five years. Ride these veteran Giants to some category wins in your fantasy playoffs!
Daulton Varsho (C/OF, LHB, ARI) - 18.2% Rostered
Matchup: at LAD RHP Tony Gonsolin
Varsho is back to facing almost exclusively right-handed pitching and it continues to serve him well. He is hitting .467 with a homer, five RBI, and three runs scored during his current four-game hitting streak. He is a substitution risk, but Varsho is still better than most catchers on waivers.
Alejandro Kirk (C, RHB, TOR) - 13.3% Rostered
Matchup: vs. TB RHP Drew Rasmussen
Kirk has four of his eight homers on the season in the last seven games alone. He wont help your average along or provide multi-position eligibility like Varsho does, but his bat has more pop in it at the moment.
Jesus Sanchez (OF, LHB, MIA) - 5.5% Rostered
Matchup: at WAS RHP Erick Fedde
Sanchez has three homers in his last four games. Good things usually follow when the fish go on the road. That is certainly true for Sanchez, who has a four-game hit streak going on and has hits in six of the last seven. He's a prospect with good power that is still going under the radar. If you can take a possible average hit, Sanchez is good for some power.
Pitcher Streamers for 9/14 - Shallow Leagues
Jesus Luzardo (LHP, MIA) - 49.8% rostered
Matchup: at Washington
Luzardo is starting to show some of that promise that made the Marlins give up Starling Marte for him. Luzardo has allowed five runs over 17.1 innings over his last three starts while striking out 19. The walks are still a problem, which makes Luzardo a bit of a risk if you think WHIP is going to be close. Luzardo has been solid enough of late to consider him, but he did surrender five runs to this team back on August 24. These strikeouts aren't without risk.
Pitcher Streamers for 9/14 - Deeper Leagues
Joe Ryan (RHP, MIN) - 9.3% rostered
Matchup: vs. Cleveland
Ryan's first career win came against this same team last week. Ryan only allowed one hit in seven innings against Cleveland on Wednesday. Perhaps the best thing was that he didn't walk a batter. Unlike many of these younger pitchers, Ryan hasn't had an issue with walks. He has only issued one free pass in 12 innings in the majors. He's not a huge strikeout guy, but nine in 12 innings with only one walk is good enough for me. Ryan should help the ratios and has a puncher's chance at a win.
