Happy Sunday gang! The season is winding down, and we have an eight-game slate on our hands this afternoon. With the NFL season here, I've been cutting back on MLB entries, especially on Sundays. It doesn't appear that we'll have any weather issues today. However, if something comes up I'll do my best to update before lock if there are any other weather concerns with the guys I have listed below. Let's get right to it!
This article will provide you with my daily fantasy baseball lineup picks for DraftKings on 9/12/2021. The lineup will range from some of the elite players to mid-priced options and value plays. You can also check out today's FanDuel MLB DFS lineup picks and read more DFS advice and lineup picks for other sports too. DraftKings DFS Starting Pitchers
Freddy Peralta - MIL vs NYM ($9,600)
We start off the day with Freddy Peralta. Peralta has been high-quality this year, coming into this start with a 2.69 ERA and a 3.65 xFIP. He's been a bit unlucky in September, with a 4.08 ERA despite a 3.42 xFIP. He's still striking out nearly 35% of hitters and he's the top option in my opinion on this slate, and you get him at somewhat of a discount.
John Means - BAL vs TEX ($8,200)
John Means comes into this one in the opposite fashion as Peralta. Means brings in a 2.22 ERA in the month of September, but could be due for regression considering he has a 4.79 xFIP. He draws a strong matchup here though, as the Rangers come into this game with a woeful 51 wRC+ against left-handed pitching since the start of September.
Other Options: Alek Manoah ($8,800), Josh Rogers ($8,500)

DraftKings DFS Infielders
Mike Zunino - C, TB vs MIA ($4,100)
We'll be looking to stack two teams today, with one of them being the Rays. We start with Zunino, who has an incredible 1.209 wOBA + ISO and 281 wRC+ against left-handed pitching in the last 30 days. The Rays as a whole are crushing, and since we're paying up for our second stack, we're going to hit the lower part of the Rays' lineup.
Jordan Luplow - 1B, TB vs MIA ($2,700)
Next in our Rays stack will be Jordan Luplow. Luplow is always a favorite for DFS players whenever he's facing a lefty, and that hasn't changed over the last month. In the last 30 days he has a .600 wOBA + ISO and 116 wRC+. He should fit right into our Rays stack and is at an extremely valuable price.
Marcus Semien - TOR @ MIN ($4,900)
The other team we're going to stack today is Toronto, who has a strong matchup and will continue to fight for their playoff lives this afternoon. We look to the top of the lineup with Marcus Semien, who comes into this one with a .858 wOBA + ISO and 191 wRC+ over the last 30 days.
Yandy Diaz - 3B, TB vs MIA ($3,500)
Diaz is the third guy in our Rays stack, and for good reason. Diaz will likely be hitting cleanup in this one and has been crushing lefties in the last 30 days. He's got a .955 wOBA + ISO against them in the last month, paired with a wRC+ of 274.
Bo Bichette - SS, TOR @ MIN ($5,300)
Bichette hasn't hit too well of late, but he should be sitting pretty in the cleanup spot for the Blue Jays who are still fighting for a playoff spot. I wouldn't be as apt to stack them if not for Griffin Jax, who has a 6.87 ERA, 5.83 xFIP, and 44.3% hard-contact against since September 1.
DraftKings DFS Outfielders
George Springer - OF, TOR @ MIN ($4,600)
Springer has been cold of late as well, but he will be hitting leadoff for one of the most explosive offenses, if not the most explosive offense in the sport. Sometimes you have to throw data out the window and buckle up with your stack, and that's what I'm doing here.
Teoscar Hernandez - OF, TOR @ MIN ($4,300)
Hernandez is the last hitter in our Toronto stack, and he's been hitting well of late. He comes into this one with a .654 wOBA + ISO against right-handers in the last 30 days along with a 131 wRC+, and should hit right behind the big boys of the Blue Jays lineup.
Manuel Margot - OF, TB vs MIA ($2,800)
The final hitter of the Rays stack will be Manuel Margot, who's got a .562 wOBA + ISO against southpaws in the last 30 days. He's also got a wRC+ of 163 in that same span and provides some nice value to our lineups.
