DraftKings EuroLeague DFS Lineup Picks for 3/30/21 - Daily Fantasy Basketball Advice

We have the last two round week of the EuroLeague regular season upon us this week. That gives us the largest slate I've ever seen today with 14 of the 18 teams in the league in action. Mike James got in a shouting match with his coach during the domestic league game on Saturday, so he is suspended for at least today's game, and likely for Friday's as well. They don't put up with it in Europe like they do in the NBA. Add to that Nikola Milutinov still being out and Joel Bolomboy rolling his ankle, and CSKA is without their best offensive threats.

Nemanja Nedovic is back with the Athens team, but will not play today. He could return on Thursday, so stay tuned. Malcolm Delaney and Othello Hunter are both still out for Tel Aviv, as is Yovel Zoosman, so the Israeli squad will be a bit undermanned again. Tonye Jekiri is still out for Baskonia. Kaunas loses Augustine Rubit, who tested positive for COVID this week. No update has been given on Maodo Lo's foot, but he should play in at least one game this week. Sergio Llull is still out as well, so there is a ton of value provided by injuries today.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy EuroLeague lineup picks for DraftKings on 3/30/21. I’ll be providing multiple player suggestions for players at guard, forward, and center, aiming to highlight one option apiece at the high, middle, and lower end of the salary scale. Good luck, RotoBallers.

DraftKings EuroLeague DFS Guards

Vasilije Micic, Efes ($11,700)

Efes has been limiting the minutes of Micic whenever they can with Efes firmly in the playoffs. Still, Efes is one of the best offensive teams in the league and Micic is the engine that drives it. He can still put up over 30 DraftKings points even if he only plays 25 minutes or so. That's especially true against the gutted guard corps of Real Madrid. Carlos Alocen is back, but he only played three minutes in round 32. He's not back to normal just yet. That leaves Real Madrid with 2.5 guards to try and guard Micic and Shane Larkin. Yikes.

Pierria Henry, Vitoria-Gasteiz ($9,000)

Losing Tonye Jekiri out of the middle alters the dynamic of this team. Round 31 was the first of the new-look Baskonia games and Henry led the team in scoring in just 24 minutes of court time in a blowout win against Milan. Henry already went berserk on a full-strength Athens team earlier this year, racking up 37.25 DraftKings pionts in just 23 minutes in another easy Baskonia win. His assist numbers are going to be down, but the scoring will be up. I expect around the same thing here today. Maybe even a little more with Nedovic still out of the picture for Athens.

Daniel Hackett, CSKA ($7,300)

Hackett becomes the de-facto scorer of the CSKA backcourt. They have the talent up front to keep them from getting blown off the court, even missing as many players as they are. The backcourt situation is a little less clear. Hackett is the better scorer, but if Darrun Hilliard is hitting his shots, he is just as dangerous. What is unclear is just how this operation will run with Janis Strelnieks back in the fold. The last time James was out, Iffe Lundberg had a couple of good games, but Hilliard and Strelnieks were both ailing. You can take a shot with any of these four, but for my money, Hackett is the only one that we can count on for sure. I'll wait to see the confirmed starting lineup before I decide who if anyone to run with him.

Chris Jones, Tel Aviv ($6,900)

DraftKings finally caught on to one of the best value plays over the last few rounds. Jones made some noise by putting up 31.75 DraftKings points in a win over Kaunas last week. He has been the guy to step up and handle some of the scoring load with the Israeli team short handed. The issue with Jones is that he's inconsistent, but he has played well the more minutes he has played. We shouldn't have to worry about his minutes for a while, so Jones is a very safe option with a high ceiling.

Also consider: Nando de Colo, Fenerbahce ($10,800); Kevin Pangos, St. Petersburg ($10,300); Luca Vildoza, Vitoria-Gasteiz ($7,800); Sergio Rodriguez, Milan ($7,200)

DraftKings EuroLeague DFS Forwards

Achille Polonara, Vitoria-Gasteiz ($10,600)

Polonara snagged a career-high 13 rebounds last week en route to his first double-double of the season. I did wonder who would pick up the rebounding slack with Tonye Jekiri out of the picture. Apparently it will be Polonara pulling double duty with rebounding and scoring. We did see others in the Baskonia team step up to fill the scoring void, but Polonara's work on the boards is what is going to make him worth using now. It sure beats reaching for an inconsistent value pick.

Vladimir Lucic, Munich ($9,900)

Lucic kept rolling in Round 31 with his fifth straight game over 15 points. He doesn't get enough rebounds to make him a consistent double-double threat like Polonara, but he is now Munich's leading scorer. He put up a strong 25.25 DraftKings points in just 22 minutes in the first meeting with Fenerbahce. Lucic has played at least 30 minutes in each of the last nine rounds now. He is firmly entrenched as the starter and could put up some big numbers here as Munich will try to keep up with the high-scoring Efes team.

Rokas Giedraitis, Vitoria-Gasteiz ($8,700)

Giedraitis took on the role of rim protector with Jekiri out, recording his first block since Round 21. He also experienced an uptick in shots, scoring, rebounds, and most importantly, minutes. Giedraitis topped 30 minutes for the third time in four games. Unfortunately, it appears as though the Baskonia value plays up front didn't see much trickle down because the starters are just so damn talented. Tadas Sedekerskis was the only one to experience a massive uptick off the bench, mostly because he's the only one that has the size that Jekiri brought. If you want to go cheap, go there. It is worth noting that Zoran Dragic chucked in 15 points in 24 minutes. He's an interesting value at just $4,900, but still carries sizeable risk.

Paulius Jankunas, Piraeus ($6,200)

Jankunas will see an uptick in minutes with Augustine Rubit testing positive for COVID. He put up some solid numbers for this price when Joffrey Lauvergne was sidelined with a pelvis injury. Lauvergne appears close to 100% now, but DraftKings has also priced him back up where he was. Jankunas didn't get that big of a hike yet, so he's still a very nice value on a slate where it's sorely needed.

Also consider: Nikola Mirotic, Barcelona ($11,000); Jan Vesely, Fenerbahce ($10,500); Johannes Voigtmann, CSKA ($7,700); Dejan Davidovac, Belgrade ($7,400)
