We had yet another very high-scoring slate on Friday night, which was probably to be expected with some aces on the hill and some really good offenses with good match-ups, too. If your lineups are scoring a bunch of points and you're still only min-cashing, don't fret! You're in good company because I have had some of my highest scoring lineups of the season and you've needed some massive scores in order to hit the top of the tournament standings.
We had a few nice hits from yesterday's article as Gerrit Cole and Nathan Eovaldi both pitched gems and were an excellent combo on DK. Aaron Judge and Matt Carpenter both homered for the Yankees, too! Let's see if we can keep it rolling here for today's main slate, which is the afternoon slate on both sites.
As always, this article will provide my daily fantasy baseball lineup picks for DraftKings and FanDuel. Saturday's main slate locks at 4:05 EST on 6/4/2022. The lineup picks will range from some elite high-priced players to mid-priced options, and value plays. I'll give you a few of my top pitching options and then some infielders, outfielders, and teams to stack! You can also read more DFS advice and lineup picks for other sports here. It's also essential to monitor injury news and today's MLB starting lineups. Now that we got all of that out of the way, it's onto the picks!

DraftKings, FanDuel Pitchers - MLB DFS Lineup Picks
MacKenzie Gore @ MIL ($9,700 DK, $9,200 FD)
There are some really good pitchers on this slate and a really fun pitchers' duel with Logan Webb and Pablo Lopez facing off in the MIA-SFG game. But I'm going to drop down below both of those aces (and even Dylan Cease) to recommend Gore as my favorite spend-up.
The Padres rookie has been dominant this year and has only been getting better recently as he settles in. With a sub-two ERA and a measly 1.07 WHIP, Gore has shown that he's among the best young left-handers in the game. This is a great spot, too, as the Brewers struggle against lefties and we just saw Gore's lefty teammate Sean Manaea handle them on Thursday night in short order. Gore is coming off a nine-strikeout performance against Pittsburgh and I think he has just as much potential as any of the other well-known studs on this slate.
Triston McKenzie @ BAL ($8,300 DK, $9,400 FD)
For some reason, the DraftKings algorithm just doesn't like McKenzie. He's still much too cheap over there for his recent form. The Cleveland youngster has really come into his own this year by cutting down on walks and therefore allowing himself to be able to pitch deeper into games. He's gone six or more innings now in five straight games, winning three of those starts. The strikeouts aren't always there, but he did whiff eight Tigers in his last start and Baltimore is a fairly strikeout-prone offense.
Also consider: Dylan Cease, Logan Webb, Nick Pivetta

DraftKings, FanDuel Infielders - MLB DFS Lineup Picks
Ke'Bryan Hayes - 3B, PIT vs. Zach Davies ($4,600 DK, $3,100 FD)
I try not to play Pirates whenever possible (I am a Pittsburgh fan and I usually jinx them), but I think the Buccos deserve some strong consideration against Zach Davies and a very poor Arizona bullpen today. Hayes homered late in last night's game, but has been trending up now for several weeks as he's hit .313 with 10 RBI, 10 runs scored and two home runs over that stretch. The Pirates' best young hitter is fairly priced here and should lead off.
Joey Votto - 1B, CIN vs. Erick Fedde ($3,100 DK, $2,800 FD)
Votto feels like a free square on both sites at this price, doesn't he? He's swinging the bat really well since returning from injury and making us start to forget about his horrid month of April. He's already homered in both games in this series and is simply too cheap for this match-up against Fedde and a mediocre Nats bullpen AND an elite hitting environment at home in Cincy.
Mitch Garver - C, TEX vs. Marco Gonzales ($4,800 DK, $3,100 FD)
Paying at catcher on DK is one way to differentiate your lineups as everyone looks to punt there. And playing a catcher on FD at all is definitely going to make you different since absolutely no one ever plays them over there! Garver has cooled off a bit since his hot streak last week, but still sports some excellent splits vs. lefties and hits the Gonzo pitch mix of change-up/sinker quite well.
DraftKings, FanDuel Outfielders - MLB DFS Lineup Picks
Yordan Alvarez - OF, HOU vs. Kris Bubic ($5,200 DK, $4,200 FD)
The big lefty is rolling right now, with multi-hit games in five straight and another moonshot last night. He's now up to 15 home runs on the season and if you're worried about him facing a lefty, don't be as Bubic has been terrible against lefties, too.
Jarred Duran - OF, BOS vs. Paul Blackburn ($2,100 DK, $2,000 FD)
Duran is back up with the Bo-Sox and is supposed to be in the lineup this weekend. The young outfielder has been raking at AAA with a .314 average, four home runs, and 11 stolen bases. He's free on both sites and while Blackburn has been solid this year, he's certainly not a pitcher we have to totally fade an offense against by any means.
Juan Soto - OF, WAS vs. Tyler Mahle ($4,600 DK, $3,900 FD)
Soto should really change his last name to "Solo" and not because he resembles Han. But because all he hits are solo home runs. Ha! But seriously, how often do you see a guy with ten home runs and only 17 RBI? I don't really care if anyone is on base for him or not, he feels underpriced on DK once again at only 4.6k and is facing a righty here in Mahle who has struggled quite a bit this year. You're getting an elite power hitter in a great park for hitting - I love grabbing some exposure to both sides of this game.
DraftKings, FanDuel MLB DFS Stacks
Here are my top stacks for tonight (in the order in which I like them)
Houston Astros - Somehow Kris Bubic still has a job, or maybe the Royals just need anyone who can throw a baseball at this point. Bubic has been terrible this year and the Astros have to be licking their chops. They got to KC's best starter, Brady Singer, for seven runs last night and then three more off the bullpen. KC's bullpen is BAD, too, and I see this as one potential eruption spot today.
Cincinnati Reds - I mentioned Votto earlier, but the rest of the Reds lineup is appealing today, too, and Vegas has them with a 5.1 implied total.
Pittsburgh Pirates - If you need value, the Pirates are where to look. Other than Reynolds, Chavis, or Hayes every player in this lineup is under 3k on DK and they get Zach Davies and a bad bullpen behind him.
I hope I gave you a head start on your research today and I wish you the best of luck! If you ever have questions about DFS or fantasy baseball, my DMs are always open and I appreciate you taking the time to read my picks today.
