Aaron Holiday Drops 16 Points In 18 Minutes Off Bench
5 years agoIndiana Pacers point/shooting guard Aaron Holiday shifted back to his bench role for Monday’s win over the Memphis Grizzlies, but continued his torrid scoring rate by dropping 16 points on 6-for-9 shooting in just 18 minutes. With Malcolm Brogdon cleared and taking over starting point guard duties, Holiday came off the bench for the first time in nine games. In addition to the scoring, he added three rebounds and two steals to his stat line. His fantasy value takes a considerable knock with Indiana back to full strength, although he could retain his spot in deeper leagues as he seems poised to lead the team’s second unit in the short-term.
