Abraham Ancer Set To Make Second U.S. Open Start
4 years agoAbraham Ancer played in his first U.S. Open last year at Pebble Beach, finishing T49. Ancer had a solid 2019-2020 season, qualifying for the Tour Championship and finishing 18th in the FedEx Cup standings. Ancer is above-average in driving accuracy, ranking 49th on the tour. Finding fairways will be key this week. Ancer also ranked 20th in total strokes gained. He does not have much history in majors, and the U.S. Open is historically one of the most difficult tournaments of the year. He rides some momentum coming into this season, though, and he has a DFS price of $7,800. He may be a good value pick if he can build on his 2019-2020 season.
