6 years agoMexico's Abraham Ancer will streak into the 119th U.S. Open Championship at Pebble Beach Golf Links this week with four consecutive cuts made, including a 16th-place showing in the last major, the PGA Championship. This will be his first appearance at Pebble since 2016, when he missed the third-round cut. His driving accuracy and scrambling ability gives him upside for DFS players, and he is a very solid 23rd in Par 4 Scoring Average (3.99), a key area of focus. Ancer might not etch his name into U.S. Open history this weekend, but a top-20 showing could certainly be within reach.--Daniel Dobish
