2 years agoKansas City Royals shortstop Adalberto Mondesi (knee) is not in the starting lineup for Wednesday's game against the Chicago White Sox. This is not shocking considering Mondesi was forced to exit early on Tuesday. The Royals don't expect Mondesi to miss significant time, but will have him undergo more testing. Nicky Lopez will bat leadoff and play shortstop versus righty Dylan Cease on Wednesday. Lopez could be worth looking at as a possible streaming option with Cease on the mound.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
