Adam Thielen Invisible In Loss
5 years agoMinnesota Vikings wide receiver Adam Thielen had zero catches on four targets in a tough 23-10 defeat to the Green Bay Packers on Monday night. He added one carry for two yards in what was a severely disappointing effort from the sixth-year receiver. This was Thielen's second game back from a lengthy injury absence, but it was concerning that he wasn't featured in a game that the Vikings needed to throw the ball. Thielen will be a risky WR3 play in Week 17 against the Chicago Bears, and that's only if the Vikings don't opt to rest their starters with their playoff spot locked up.
