Adam Thielen Is An Upside WR2 In Week 6
5 years agoMinnesota Vikings wide receiver Adam Thielen missed practice on Thursday but returned for Friday's practice and will play in Sunday's matchup at home against the Philadelphia Eagles. Thielen is coming off a monster 130-yard, two-touchdown game against the New York Giants and will have another favorable matchup in Week 6 - the Eagles were allowing the most yards per game to receivers (222 yards/game) prior to facing Luke Falk in Week 5. Additionally, the Eagles are one of two teams to allow five 20-point performances to wide receivers this year. The Vikings will need to throw in this one as they are favored by just three points in what projects to be a close contest. Thielen slots in as a high-end WR2 with upside in a Charmin-soft matchup and should be a player you highly consider for daily fantasy formats as well.
