4 years agoChicago Cubs starting pitcher Adbert Alzolay only lasted 3 2/3 versus the Reds on Thursday. Alzolay was coming off of a rough start and gave up three hits, three runs, two walks and struck out a pair of Reds. The prospect figures to remain in the rotation with Jose Quintana (lat) and Tyler Chatwood (back) both on the 10-day injured list. Alzolay is a name to remember for 2021 drafts, but can be avoided in most formats for now. The Cubs have an off day coming up on Monday and it’s possible they skip Alzolay’s next turn in the rotation.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
