6 years agoTampa Bay Rays shortstop Adeiny Hechavarria could get designated for assignment. The Rays were unable to find a trade partner willing to take Hechavrria. The team now seem committed to trying to get Willy Adames more time at shortstop this season, leaving Hechavarria without a role. Even if Hechavarria did catch on to a starting role somewhere else his fantasy value is extremely low. So far this season in 237 plate appearances, Hechavarria has a .258 batting average and just three home runs.--Ben Rolfe
