6 years agoTexas Rangers third baseman Adrian Beltre marked his return from the disabled list Thursday with two hits. Beltre was the Rangers designated hitter in his first game back from injury, and he will need to get used to the role quickly. Initially, the Rangers are going to be careful with Beltre, as he will sit Friday before playing third base in one of the two games over the weekend. The Rangers are right to be cautious with Beltre, who is hitting .321 in 124 plate appearances. Beltre is the most consistent hitter on the team, and despite not having the same power he once had, he is still an important fantasy player at third base. When he is playing, he should be in your fantasy lineups.--Ben Rolfe
