6 years agoTexas Rangers third baseman Adrian Beltre will receive a day on the bench on Sunday. In his place utility infielder Isiah Kiner-Falefa will remain in the lineup for the third straight day. Kiner-Falefa played third base on Friday and went 4-for-5 with a home run and a double against left-handed pitcher Dallas Keuchel. He then added a second home run in as many days off right-handed pitcher Justin Verlander. Therefore, it is no surprise the Rangers want to keep his hot bat in the lineup. He now has a .151 ISO against right-handed pitching on the road. In addition, hitting fifth makes Kiner-Falefa an interesting DFS option Sunday, in the hope he can continue his hot streak this weekend.--Ben Rolfe
