6 years agoPortland Trail Blazers forward Al-Farouq Aminu scored 17 points on 6-for-11 shooting in Thursday's win over the New Orleans Pelicans. He added 10 rebounds and a block as well. Aminu has had a rocky start to the season, with four games of double figure scoring and four games of five or fewer points. But Portland takes on the Lakers on Saturday, a team that ranks in the bottom five in scoring defense. Aminu was just 1-for-10 from the floor the first time the teams played, but that usage suggests that he was getting shots and was involved offensively, making him a sleeper play on Saturday.--Justin Carter - RotoBaller
