6 years agoBoston Celtics center Al Horford logged just 23 minutes during Saturday’s win over the Memphis Grizzlies, but that didn’t stop him from knocking down a season-high five threes. Horford finished with 18 points, six rebounds and three assists, filling up the stat sheet in the time he was on the floor. His performance Saturday is either an encouraging or discouraging one, depending on what owners value: the scoring and multi-category production was there, which is a positive, but he continues to keep his minutes brief, which certainly could lead to some clunker performances. He matches up with the San Antonio Spurs come Monday, one of the stingiest units in the league against opposing centers this season.--Jesse Borek
