4 years agoPhiladelphia 76ers power forward/center Al Horford continued to enjoy his increased role in the team’s offense during Friday’s win over the Chicago Bulls, collecting 20 points on 8-for-14 shooting. Horford also dished out six assists and grabbed five rebounds, but the real achievement was having reached the 20-point plateau for the first time since Nov. 4. His numbers have slightly dipped due to his reduced role in the Philadelphia offense, but without Joel Embiid (hand) available for the time being, Horford has reeled off six straight games of having scored in double figures. He figures to remain integral to the team Saturday when they square off with the Knicks.--Jesse Borek
