4 years agoThe 76ers have traded forward/center Al Horford to the Thunder in exchange for guard Danny Green and some picks. Horford, who turned 34 in June, averaged 11.9 points, 6.8 boards, and a career-low 45 percent shooting from the field during his only season in Philadelphia. Although his best days are likely behind him, he should still play some meaningful minutes for an Oklahoma City team focused on rebuilding.
