Al Horford Stuffs The Stat Sheet Against Sacramento
5 years agoIn Thursday's 125-108 win over the Sacramento Kings, Philadelphia 76ers forward Al Horford had his best scoring night since Jan. 20. The 33-year old tied his season-high with 36 minutes of action and was able to put together 18 points, eight rebounds, six assists, and two made three-pointers. Horford is averaging 13.2 points, 8.5 rebounds, and six assists in the four games since Joel Embiid went down with a shoulder sprain. The all-around production has turned Horford into a top-45 overall player in the last seven days, and it couldn't have come at a better time for the owners that held on to him all season. Horford will look to continue his recent statistical surge against the Warriors on Saturday night, but it is possible that Embiid returns for the primetime matchup.
