6 years agoLos Angeles Lakers shooting guard/small forward Alex Caruso entered the starting five for the first time this season during Thursday’s loss to the Golden State Warriors. Caruso logged a career-best 37 minutes, but shot 4-for-14 en route to totaling nine points on the night, with two coming on an enormous putback jam. He boosted the remainder of his stat line by adding six assists and five rebounds, remaining a contributor across multiple categories. With the Lakers piecing together a roster for the final three games, expect Caruso to continue seeing a hefty role.--Jesse Borek
