4 years agoLos Angeles Lakers point/shooting guard Alex Caruso (concussion) has been cleared to get back into action for Thursday's game against the Hornets. Caruso has missed the team's two prior games as he works his way through the concussion protocol. Only utilized in the deepest of season-long formats, Caruso saw his minutes increase to 22.5 per game during February, setting monthly bests of 6.2 points, 3.1 boards and 2.7 assists on a nightly basis. His return likely shuffles the squad's second unit rotations, but it's unlikely to cause a notable shift in production for his fantasy-relevant teammates.--Jesse Borek
