5 years agoMinnesota Vikings running back Alexander Mattison is not a player to consider for starting lineups in Week 6 against the Philadelphia Eagles. Mattison is having a very solid season as the backup to Dalvin Cook as he's averaging 5.6 yards per carry and has received seven or more carries in 3-of-5 games. He had four carries for 25 yards and two carries for five yards in the two games that were actually competitive this season, though, and Week 6 projects to be another one of those weeks with the Vikings favored by just three points at home. Hold on to Mattison as a high-priority handcuff to Dalvin Cook, but don't get cute by starting him this week.--Kyle Ringstad - RotoBaller
