5 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles wide receiver Alshon Jeffery (foot) has been placed on Injured Reserve and will miss the remainder of the 2019 season. Jeffrey suffered the injury in Week 14 against the Giants, when he was carted off the field in the second quarter. Jeffrey caught 43 passes for 430 yards and four touchdowns on the season. The Eagles promoted Robert Davis from their practice squad in a corresponding move. With Jeffery out, the Eagles will rely more on their tight ends Zach Ertz and Dallas Goedert, while J.J.
