Andre Drummond Cleans The Glass Thursday
7 years agoDetroit Pistons center Andre Drummond played extremely well Thursday versus the Washington Wizards. Drummond scored 24 points, shooting 10-for-16 from the floor and 4-for-7 from the free throw line. In addition to Drummond's scoring output, he had 23 boards and four assists. Drummond has been contributing very well to the defensive stats, averaging 16.5 rebounds, 2.2 blocks and 1.2 steals per outing since March 2. The next contest for Drummond and the Pistons is the New York Knicks on Saturday. Drummond will be mostly defended by Knicks center Enes Kanter, who has the 10th worst defensive real plus-minus in the NBA, so Drummond should have another solid game.
