6 years agoMinnesota Timberwolves small forward Andrew Wiggins matched his season high with four made triples on Wednesday, shooting 4-for-9 from deep against the Pelicans. He was clearly feeling it from deep, but his overall shooting ended up being a lowly 8-for-22. Wiggins finished with 23 points, six rebounds, four assists, three steals, and one block. Getting the peripheral stats has always been the issue with him in fantasy bball, but things have improved. His numbers this month actually look really impressive, as he's averaging 4.5 rebounds with 2.5 assists, 2.2 steals and one block. Wiggins will be expected to pick up a bunch of defensive stats again on Friday when the Wolves host Portland who own a 113.5 offensive rating.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
