Andrew Wiggins Shoots Well Versus Atlanta
7 years agoMinnesota Timberwolves small forward Andrew Wiggins picked up 17 points on some very good shooting in Wednesday's tilt against Atlanta, shooting 7-for-13 from the field and nailing two of five attempts from downtown. He also had three rebounds and a couple of steals, while watching Karl-Anthony Towns score 56 points for a new franchise record. Towns has been the go-to guy in Minnesota during Jimmy Butler's (knee) absence, but Wiggins has had his nights as well. His next moment to shine could be on Friday, as Minnesota takes on a defensively-challenged Dallas squad.
