5 years agoMinnesota Timberwolves shooting guard/small forward Andrew Wiggins has his status for Friday’s contest versus the Oklahoma City Thunder up in the air due to a sprained left thumb. Wiggins has scuffled over his past two games from the field, shooting a combined 13-for-41 overall. Should he be held out, expect some combination of Josh Okogie and Keita Bates-Diop to see increased roles. Check back prior to tip-off to get the final word on Wiggins, whose absence could force a larger workload into the hands of Karl-Anthony Towns, thereby making him a highly-sought after DFS commodity.--Jesse Borek
