3 years agoThe Washington Nationals transferred starting pitcher Anibal Sanchez (neck) from the 10-day injured list to the 60-day injured list on Tuesday. The veteran has yet to appear in a game for the Nats this year as he's been sidelined due to a cervical neck impingement. Following Tuesday's move, he won't be eligible to return to the majors until mid-June. The Nationals have one of the league's thinnest starting rotations, so if Sanchez is able to work his way back to game form, we'll likely see him in the team's rotation at some point this year.
