Ante Zizic Likely To Start Against Jazz
6 years agoCleveland Cavaliers center Ante Zizic will likely get the start against the Utah Jazz on Friday as Tristan Thompson (foot), and Larry Nance Jr. (MCL) have been ruled out. It is unknown exactly when Thompson suffered the sore left foot but he did only play 21 minutes in the loss to the Trail Blazers. Zizic is coming off his best game of the season on Wednesday, compiling 16 points and eight rebounds in 27 minutes. The 6-foot-11 big man has played well over the last five games as he has reached double-figures in three of his appearances while averaging 10 points and six rebounds in just 18.8 minutes during this stretch. If he does indeed get the start, it will be the 22-year-old's third of the campaign. Zizic is a viable DFS play since he will likely get plenty of playing time with him being the team's only true center available. Channing Frye could also get some run at the five.
