5 years agoLos Angeles Lakers power forward/center Anthony Davis was the focal point of his team’s offense during its win Friday over the Dallas Mavericks. Davis, who made all 15 of his shots from inside the three-point line, finished with 31 points overall. On the heels of a 20-rebound effort his previous time out, Davis corralled eight against Dallas, adding two assists, two steals and two blocks, a welcome sight for owners looking for contributions across multiple categories. With LeBron James serving as the de facto point guard, Davis has been able to focus on being an offensive force, irrespective of any ailments that have attempted to derail his excellent start to his first season as a Laker.--Jesse Borek
