6 years agoNew Orleans Pelicans power forward/center Anthony Davis is questionable for Monday’s contest against the Boston Celtics due to a right hip strain which kept him out of action Saturday. Davis has missed four games this season, but when he has suited up, he has lead the league in minutes played at 37.4 per night. It’s nearly impossible to overstate how important Davis is to New Orleans (and fantasy owners), as they have gone 0-4 without him this year. Julius Randle and Nikola Mirotic would see an increased role if he sits out, while Cheick Diallo could see some playing time.--Jesse Borek
