Anthony Davis Returns At End Of Third Quarter
6 years agoNew Orleans Pelicans power forward/center Anthony Davis (ankle) has returned to Wednesday night's game against the Mavericks. Davis' left foot stepped on someone's foot and he took a nasty fall in the third quarter of the game. However, he was able to walk off the floor on his own power. Cheick Diallo replacEd Davis in the lineup as Julius Randle started the game due to Nikola Mirotic (illness) being unavailable for the contest. The 6-foot-10 big man ended up missing just a few minutes of action as he checked back into the game with 38 seconds remaining in the period.
