6 years agoNew Orleans Pelicans forward/center Anthony Davis shot 13-for-22 from the field and 3-for-3 from the line to finish with 29 points on Monday against the Spurs. He played a big part defensively as well, getting two steals and two blocks. However, he sadly missed a double-double for a second consecutive game, finishing with nine rebounds. Davis will now take on Joel Embiid and the Sixers on Wednesday, which will be must-see TV. Both look set for big nights and with Embiid playing better lately, Davis has all the motivation in the world to start a new double-double streak with a big performance.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
